Hurray For Tuesday- Rain's Gonna Fall Where We Walk Review

Musicwise... 2021 has kicked off fantastically with Manchester's very own Hurray For Tuesday who have released a bouncy new track titled Rain's Gonna Fall Where We Walk! Hurray for Tuesday are composed of Abby Carroll, Sean Stott, James "Jamo" Highland-Partington, Harry Lyle and Garfieh Cheung. The unique, bright and funky new track from HFT was produced at Mad Fox Studios in Rochdale. There is also an acoustic version and bonus track What Can We Do Now? Is also included.

Rain's Gonna Fall Where We Walk is guaranteed to get you in the dancing mood, It's catchy, yet has a meaningful background. I spoke to Sean for some info about the track moments ago

Rain's Gonna Fall Where We Walk was written nearly 5 years ago now and was originally written around the concept of being in a failing relationship with somebody that you still have feelings for but you can feel that it’s going to end and there’s nothing you can really do to stop that so it’s just like about being in those moments however the song has changed a lot sonically since then and i think that has given it another dimension where it carries more vague sentiments about general issues pertaining to just sort of getting through life one step at a time despite whatever problems might come up. This is summed up rather well in the last line, written by Abby, ‘Rain is gonna fall and make a rainbow'

On this track Abby sings and plays rhythm guitar, Harry plays lead guitar, Jamo plays bass and sings, Garfieh plays drums and goes ‘HEY HEY HEY’ and Sean wrote the song and mostly plays little synth bits and the glockenspiel.

Go show the folks from HFT some love and keep streaming the track!!
